Start the VA Referral Process
Simple Steps. Fast Coordination. Veteran-Ready Intake.
HELM Recovery is authorized through the VA Community Care Network (TriWest). Veterans begin by requesting a referral from their VA provider for telehealth IOP services. Once authorization is received, our team contacts the veteran within 24–48 hours to complete orientation and schedule cohort placement.
How to Begin (Veterans)
If you’re a veteran looking to join the next HELM cohort:
Contact your VA primary care provider or mental health provider. Tell them you want to enroll in a Telehealth Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) with HELM Recovery.
